30-Day AI Agility Challenge

AI is reshaping how work gets done across every industry. Alvin Community College, in
partnership with humanskills.ai, offers the AI Agility Challenge to help our region’s workforce build practical capability and stay competitive.
This 30-day online program includes 20 focused modules delivered through short lessons and simple daily exercises. The structure fits demanding schedules while still building skills people can use immediately.
Participants build three core strengths:
• Human-AI collaboration skills that help people structure tasks and guide AI toward useful, more reliable outputs
• Improved individual workflows that use AI to augment human capability by raising efficiency, quality, and clarity
• Healthy AI habits that support sustainable use, sound judgment, and clear thinking
Teams also benefit from:
• A shared language for using AI inside everyday work
• A stronger foundation of AI capability across roles and functions
• Alignment on where AI creates value and how to apply it responsibly
After completing the Challenge, participants continue into AI Agility Momentum, a monthly micro learning series that keeps their skills current as AI evolves.
Ideal for teams and individual professionals in any field.
No prior AI experience required.
