Beginning students with little or no prior experience will learn basic metal fabrication and silver soldering techniques used in creating finished jewelry pieces. Work with non-ferrous metals & stones to produce unique jewelry designs.

Intermediate students who have taken the beginning class or have equivalent knowledge and skills will take their designs and technical skills to the next level. Emphasis on hand fabrication, surface techniques and some stone setting.

Advanced students with good technical skills will further develop their concepts, personal aesthetics, and explore new techniques and materials. Come with drawings, finished examples of past work and any questions you have.

NOTE: Most tools and equipment are available for use in the classroom; students are responsible for purchasing materials and supplies.
